Built by ops people, for ops people.

Trekletics was built from firsthand experience with both complex operations and athletics.

Our founder has spent his career building and scaling organizations, taking small operations and developing the systems, processes, and infrastructure necessary to support multi-state organizations with hundreds of employees and thousands of clients.

For the past 17 years, he has also worked inside athletics — including serving as a high school head football coach and in football operations at the Division I level.

Why we built Trekletics

That combination exposed a clear problem: athletic travel has become increasingly complex, but the systems used to manage it have not kept pace.

Trekletics applies the same principles of systems analysis, operational efficiency, and scalable design used to grow complex organizations to the unique demands of athletic travel.

The result is a platform designed by someone who has actually managed the operation — built to be intuitive, user-friendly, and powerful enough to coordinate the moving pieces behind modern athletic programs.

Privacy

How we handle athlete data.

Each school is walled off

Your department's data is separated from every other school at the database level.

Coaches see what they need

Birth dates, ID numbers and document photos are hidden from coaches and staff. They see whether someone's cleared to fly.

ID photos stay private

Travel ID images are stored privately and only the player and the staff responsible for them can open them.

Built with FERPA in mind

Student-athlete records are treated as education records, with the least access needed by default.
